"Uncle Dicks" Pig Roast Includes:

• Roasted Pig
  - Pre-roasted weight approx. 1 lb. per person
  - Minimum size available 125 lbs
  - We'll carve pig on site
• Hot Pork Stuffing
• Hot Baked Beans
• Cold Potato Salad
• Cold Cole Slaw
• Watermelon Slices
• Roll and Butter

Pricing:

• Under 100 people: $950.00 minimum
• Over 100 people: $9.00 per person
• Over 200 people: $8.50 per person
• Over 300 people: $8.00 per person

Additional Options:

• Corn on the Cob: Add $0.85 per person
• BBQ Chicken: Add $1.00 per person
• BBQ Back Ribs: Add $4.75 per person

Prices Include:

• We will deliver and set up all items
• We will carve the pig on site
• We provide table settings
• We set-up and clean-up the food line

How do we figure the price?
Start with the market price of the pig (usually ranges from $1.10-1.40 per lb.) then add an additional $1.50 per lb. for cooking.

No charge for deliveries up to 10 miles. Over 10 miles will be discussed on an individual basis.

We will set up, Carve the pig, and clean our mess for an additional $50 (2 hour max.).

Want to Carve It Yourself?
We can loan you the knife, carving fork, pots for serving, along with the containers for bone and fat waste.
